Not that I'm aware of, but the guys in a corporate setting might know
something to stop this.

If you don't want them to do this, issue a statement saying so.

As I mentioned in another thread today, this should be done at the
network level. Block outbound POP connection attempts.

Of course if your employees have web access, they're just going to use
webmail. Technical solutions only go so far - management needs to
instruct employees as to what they're allowed to do with company
equipment.

I am also looking into this. Is a Plist file that can be used to lock setup? Or is it posable to reload the plist with all setting every time a user logs in?

Entourage 2008 does not use .plist files you cannot manage it with
these. Adam's solution, which is to control access at the proxy server,
is the best (and probably the only) solution you have.
