Entourage Quits after splash page

Does anyone know what to do so I can get my mail? Everytime I click on
the Entourage icon on the dock. I see the splash page and then I get
the "Unexpectedly Quit" message window.
HELP!!

I'm on G4, using 10.2.8, did not ad anything new.
