Entourage & RapidoSMTP (setting up Postfix SMTP)

Hi all,

I am trying to use the RapidoSMTP usility, so that I can easily send
emails when on the road and when wanting to bypass the annoying
limitations of my telus.net SMTP and not being able to send emails
directly from within Entourage.

However, all my setups are not working, and I wonder whether it is
Entourage stuff that I am missing, or something else.

Setting the outgoing smtp part in the Accounts to:
- localhost (trying to use the default port 25)
- localhost 555 (trying to use another port)
- localhost 5555 (trying a port above 1024)

Nothing works, when sitting here in the local cafe and trying to send an
email to myself. Am I missing something else in a setup somewhere? Format?
I can connect using 'telnet localhost <any port above>' just fine.
