Entourage Read/Received Message Notification

I am using Entourage X and cannot find a way to send a message that will
then give me a notification when message was delivered and/or when message
was read. I am probably way overlooking something, but I can¹t find it at
all. Help was no help... This has been a common feature for outlook for a
decade.

Can someone clue me in, please?
