How do you attach a signature? On a new message it works great, but I have not found the option to attach a signature to a reply or forward...

In Accounts (under Tools in the menu bar), under the Options tab the first
item is to set your default signature for that account.

In Entourage 2008, you can customize the toolbar to add the Signature icon.
