Entourage rules suddenly stopped working

All my rules except for one in Entourage suddenly stopped
working. This one rule is identical to another rule except
for the details, and yet the other one doesn't work. I've
tried changing the other rules, changing the order. I've
even reinstalled a fresh version of Entourage. Nothing
seems to work. I'm not sure what other information might be
of help to solve this problem, but if someone responds to
this I will be glad to provide it.
At wits end slogging through spam!!!
