Entourage Runs Amok! Won't stop opening copies of Main Window...

I have two identities listed as Entourage accounts. One works fine.
The other has a problem I've not seen before, that just began today.
As soon as I "login" to the account, it begins to open multiple copies
of the main message window, with each window title appending another
number to it's name. It happens very rapidly, does not stop, and I
don't know how to stop it. When it reaches somewhere between 260 and
270 (windows open) the Finder gives up and won't function. I can't
even Force Quit the application at this point. The only "fix" is to
hold down the power button until the Mac shuts down. I CAN Force Quit
if I catch it early on (< 50 windows open).

I've tried restarting Entourage, but each time this problem occurs.
I've repaired permissions and rebuilt the Entourage Database to no
avail. I've watched the activity with Activity Monitor, and the Window
handler begins to assume almost ALL of the CPU as the window count
goes up.

Current system:
PowerMac G5 running OS X 10.4.10
Entourage Version 11.3.6

I can create a new account (that works fine), but I can't get into the
"bad" account long enough to Export the identity's data.

Again, one identity works fine, as do newly created ones. I've
isolated the "bad" identity's Database as the culprit (by
replacement), but the MS utility reports no problems with it.

I've been around Macs since the beginning, but this one has me
stumped. Any suggestions to remedy this problem? Thanks!
