Entourage sending attachements that can't be received by other email clients

Greetings folks,

I have a client that used to send email in Outlook Express 5.02, and
has recently changed to Entourage. She sent me 4 different
attachments - all Final Draft documents.

In Apple Mail, I received only 1 of them - all the rest of them had
the text:

"This message cannot be displayed because of the way it is formatted.
Ask the sender to send it again using a different format or email
program.

multipart/alternative"

She has had this same issue trying to send to other people, and they
are getting the same message - not sure what email client they are on.

when I went to Entourage and downloaded these emails, each one of them
had the document intact.

I had her check the Compose settings, and they are set for Encode for
AppleDouble, without using any compression - the same way my Entourage
is set up.

What do you think is going on here? Apparently this never was a
problem for her with Outlook Express 5.02...

Let her try setting it to "Windows/Base64" encoding (no
compression)
