I have a user who is having a strange problem. Here's the scenario:
Treo 700wx (using ActiveSync)
Entourage 11.3.4
Exchange 2003 SP2
When she sends an email from the Treo, the email shows up in the
Entourage sent items folder with "No subject". It doesn't list who the
email was addressed to or what the subject of the email was. If I open
the email, I can pluck this info out of the body of the email.
Outlook does not exhibit this behaviour and neither does OWA (Outlook
Web Access). It's only Entourage. I have no idea how long this has
been going on, as it was just brought to my attention today. I would
love to find a resolution if anyone out there has seen this before.
