Entourage showing blank word documents

Hi there,

I often received blank word documents from two different users within the company. They are both working off Thunderbird email account but they are the only 2 people who I receive blank documents from. I have done and entourage rebuild and also have ensured that in the tools / accounts menu that I don't partially receive messages that I receive them in their entirety.

Can you help.

IMAP does not always download the entire message when you select a message.
In that case, there will be a link above the message saying something like
"Receive entire message". Click on that link before trying to save or open
any attachments.
