Entourage soundset creator program Expression

Since soundsetcentral.com no longer exists, I've been lookig
desparately for a program that used to be available called Expression.
It allowed you to create your own soundsets for Entourage and Outlook
Express. The owner of soundsetcentral.com has removed his website and I
cannot find Expression anywhere. Does anyone have a copy? I'm also
looking for actual Entourage soundsets which are extremely hard to find
as well. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I like to use sounds in Rules. Have you ever wanted to play a sound to
notify you when you receive a particular email? Create a rule to notify you
when specific criteria you set is met.
