entourage spell check

The spell check feature has disappeared from the tools menu. It was there and now it's gone. Not just greyed out, but gone.

During spell check I mistakenly added a word to the spelling dictionary and now it won't recognize that this word is spelled incorrectly. How can I delete a word that I added?

During spell check I mistakenly added a word to the spelling dictionary
and now it won't recognize that this word is spelled incorrectly. How
can I delete a word that I added?

Open Word, in the Preferences, you can find the Spelling preferences,
select your custom dictionary and ask Word to open it. It will open the
corresponding file in Word itself. You can then find the words you
entered by mistake and delete them,
