I haven't seen any official postings by Microsoft about Spotlight
support for Entourage but pre-Tiger news releases knew that the two
wouldn't be initially compatible but that there would be demand for this
functionality.
General consensus is that Microsoft will eventually support Spotlight
searches. I wouldn't expect it until a major release of Office for Mac
is announced since Microsoft will have to engineer a method to let the
mail database be searchable.
