Entourage stopped synching with Exchange 2003

I'm having the exact same problem. It started last Thursday around mid-
day. So far I've emptied everything, flushed caches, rebuilt the
database, created a new identity, etc.. and the symptoms are the same.
The entire mailbox will synch up to the time that I started the new
sych, all old messages will be retrieved but no new messages received
by the server after I initiated the synch ever show up in my mailbox.
I connected to the same server using Outlook 2007 in Parallels (no
issues) and via OWA and it also works just fine. Something rather
strange happening here given that it started so suddenly.

I suspect you've got a corrupt message that is blocking your sync.
Compare what you see in Outlook Web Access (OWA) with what you see in
Entourage. Look for the place (Inbox or a mail folder) where
synchronization seems to stop. Delete the message from your account via
OWA and Entourage will probably begin synching again. Most likely the
message will be obvious -- it may be a malformed spam message or
something with an odd attachment.
