Entourage stops receiving Exchange Mail Intermittently!?!

So one of my VIP users reported a problem to me of whenever they switch from
being plugged in via ethernet to the network to Airport, the Entourage
application stops receiving mail although the user is still on the network.
She has to restart the app. I've verified and she has strong signal
strength foir wireless.

Any ideas?

Hi Eric,

In the system preferences--Network---show:Network Port Configurations ensure
you have only Built-in Ethernet and Airport is slelcted. Uncheck the other
ports and check.
