entourage strange behavior

Hi everyone, i use the last Entourage version (11.2.5) on mac os
10.4.7.
I would like to know if you have met that kind of incident :
My entourage was strange, each time i was using entourage it was
freezing my system.
So we decided to launch the database utility to repair entourage.


After restoring the database we launched Entourage, there was a lot of
mail in the sent box and Entourage decided to send some old mails to my
contacts. The problem, there wasn't mails to be send before i restore
the database.
I'm thinking it's because there was a corrupt database, but does
someone can explain me why it happens ??

The latest version is 11.2.6.

When there is database corruption, symptoms can include blank emails and
missing email. It sounds like the corrupted emails in your Outbox were fixed
with the rebuild.

As with many computer problems and crashes, there is no one cause for
database corruption.
