I am using Entourage 2004 v11.3.3. I have two email accounts that I
retrieve from. One is a Register.com account which sends and receives
correctly in Entourage, but my sbcglobal.net account will only send.
It has been working correctly (including early this morning), then
suddenly, wham . . . it will no longer retrieve files. I never touched
my settings. AT&T keeps telling me to go to apple, but I know it's not
an Apple issue. And I have several Macs. When I put in my account
settings on all my other macs, it gives me the same error code -16999.
I tried what MIcrosft tells me to do with that error code which just
gives me a new error code. I've checked with AT&T and all my settings
are correct.
Has this happened to anyone else recently? I've been fussing with this
all day. I can't find support for it anywhere!
