Entourage Sync issues

Hi All,

I have a huge problem. I have applied security patches to my Exchange
Server. After this, my Entourage users are unable to sync with the
server. (no mail was being relayed to Entourage) I've removed the
patches and some of the connectivity has returned, although one and a
half millions times slower. After checking all of the possible
problems (Hardware, software and Switches) I am still stuck. Now, the
users that I did not try and re setup are okay, they can sync
manually. Users that I have tried to setup from scratch however, can
sync, but receive about 5 % of the mail. Entourage see's the amount of
mail that is supposed to be there, but doesn't show it. If anyone has
seen this issue, or anything similar and can shed some light for a
very distressed man, I will love you forever.

Hi Mik!

A few questions:

1. What version of Exchange Server and what patch levels?

2. What version of Entourage (2004?) and its version number found under
the Entourage menu?

3. What error messages are your users seeing?

4. Are your users connecting via your OWA address or an internal server
address?

5. What do you mean by "they can sync manually"?

Just a wild guess but did anything you changed pertain to
authentication? Entourage is still not Kerberized and any changes you
may have made that favor Kerberos may be affecting your connections.
