Entourage Sync Services - first double entries, then all entries disappeared.

Sync Services has been running okay. Today, double entries propagated
in Entourage's calendar. I switched syncing off and then on again. Now
all entries in Entourage are gone. The calendar database is empty.

The fix, as I understand it, is to go into iCal and change all the
events from their assigned categories to Entourage. All calendar
categories are emptied of entries and they all become Entourage entries
-- not desirable.

There are a few things about Entourage's calendar that I don't like
so if I must abandon it, that's okay. iCal is my preference.

There is a fix.

With Sync turned on, go through the iCal groups and change them, one at
a time, to the Entourage category. Give it a sec. Change them back to
what they were. Now they will be in iCal and in Entourage. Takes a
little time.
