You'll have to decide on the "simply", but you can check out my two Sync
scripts free in Demo mode for 14 days:

Sync Entourage-Address Book 2 [PANTHER] -- (or the Jaguar version)
Sync Entourage-iCal -- (for Entourage 2004 only)
