Entourage Syncing with Outlook

Is Entourage able to read Microsoft Outlook's files and vice-versa? Can I
simply syncronise my Outlook with my Tungston E Palm and then sync my Palm
with Entourage?

I'm not sure I get it... Which files ??
Entourage can import Outlook 2001 (Mac) PST files.
Entourage can access Exchange servers and this can be used to sync
e-mails, address book, etc... through the Server.

Entourage can sync with a Palm. Therefore if you sync calendar and
address book with a Palm with Outlook, you'll get them back in Entourage
if you then sync with your Mac.

my full question; my apoligies.

Here's the situation: I am switching between Windows and Mac and I want to
make sure that my "Memos" and my "To-Do" List will sync to Mac.

Will it?

That's quite a different story... I'm not sure they properly sync to the
Palm... so I suspect you'll run into problems with this approach,
