Entourage syncing

Both home and office computers are on an Exchange server, and
mailboxes/stored messages work properly. However the Calendar stopped
syncing recently; events listed on the home computer are not appearing on my
office computer. I¹m using the Calendar, not iCal nor .Mac, so sync services
should not be an issue. Both computers are running Office 2004 with latest
updates.

Suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

Hi Charles!

Can you empty your Calendar cache on the machine behaving badly? I
haven't used Entourage 2004 for so long I can't remember.

Right-click or Control-click the calendar, select Folder Properties and
click the Empty button to empty the cache. You can also select the
account itself and empty the cache for all of your folders.

Hope this helps!

Bill--will try this when I go into the office either tomorrow or Monday.
(This is when I say to myself "DUH" for not thinking about the cache!)

BTW, no need to right- or control-click, as Empty Cache appears in the Edit
menu when Calendar is selected.

Many thanks.

Bill--I emptied the cache for the Calendar, Entourage brought the info back
from the Exchange server, and everything seems to be fine ("seems" being the
operative word; I'll see how it goes over the next couple of days).

So I thank you for your excellent and easy-to-implement suggestion.

I'll take that as a "win" for now. ;-)

Thanks for posting back, Charles!
