Why oh why is this happening. Entourage 2004 BTW
Its getting ridiculous.
I get emails 13mins+ after my colleauges, who are using Outlook 2001 in
Classic mode!!! theirs is instantaneous, the only choice I have is 1
minute recurrence in my rules, but every time I make a rule its fine
until close the window, then its gone. I have been told 2 minutes is
the minimum you can have the acount set, but it still deletes the rule,
or to be more specific it keeps the rule - but switches the affected
account to another POP account I have in my list.
for instance the schedule is
Receive Mail --- from A.N. Other (Exchange account)
the instant I close the window and reopen it it becomes
Receive Mail --- from J.Smith (POP account)
and the option to switch it back to Exchange account is greyed out.
I'm losing the will to live, there is no alternative email client for
Exchange and Web Outlook - you know where to shove that. And Office
2004 Professional costs a fortune. Whats professional about it? It only
works properly with my personal mail account - it doesn't want to know
my work one. Someone please help a guy out here.
