Do any of you know if there is a "to do" feature in the Entourage calendar
program? For example In Palm you could create to-dos that would carry over
to the next day if you didn't click them off as completed.
They're called Tasks. There's a separate Tasks List, but incomplete tasks
also show up in the Calendar, yes.
Furthermore can you use shared features of the calendar system?
Whose calendar system? If you are on Exchange, yes, Entourage 2004 now
accesses and shares calendar and contacts (not tasks or notes).
You can also use the new feature "Projects" to share anything - calendar
events, tasks, notes, mail, files, clippings, etc. with other members of
your project.
