Incoming text on my Mac in incoming documents frequently becomes 'gobbledygoop' and I have to restart. Some incoming documents never correct themselves. If I open the same documents and messages on my PC, there is never a problem. i have looked in the settings and preferences but but can't find a correcting method. Any ideas ??

Can you please provide more information? Are you referring to HTML emails
only or all incoming emails viewed in Entourage? Also, it'd be great if you
can take some screenshots, or even better, provide some sample emails
directly to huchinATmicrosoftDOTcom.
