entourage things

i got a new computer and got entourage and set it up and for about a
month everything was fine but just yesterday something came up when i
opened it and i had to set up my email account all over again just to
check my mail. my account had been deleted and it was prompting me to
make a new one. it happened 3 times yesterday and twice today. why is
this happening and how can i fix it? please dont give me any bullshit
ive had a really bad day. and having to make a google groups account
just to post this stupid message doesnt help. also i doubt you have
any say in this but you should suggest to the people who make the
website to make the mac section more visible. thats about it. please
email me with the solution if you have any idea whats wrong

I understand you've had a bad day, but everyone here is a volunteer and you
need to ask a little more sweetly to get the best responses.

First you didn't give enough information to really help you. What version of
Entourage and the OS are you using?

A couple of things come to mind that could be causing your problems.

You need to run Repair Permissions
Your keychain is corrupt.
File that contains account is locked so any changes are not kept.

The more info you can give the better responses you will get.
