Entourage to Entourage sync

I run a G4 desktop and a Powerbook both on 10.2.6. I would really like
to be able to run a true sync (both directions) between the Entourage
mail systems on my computers. The only methods I can see at the moment
are either just a crude single direction copy of the user file or
ignoring any copy but leaving messages on the server so that they can
later be read on the other system. Neither of these achieves a very
effective compromise against a full sync. I'd appreciate any other
ideas around mail. Addresses and calender are OK

Because the info is stored in a database there is no way to sync.

Have you considered switching to an IMAP account and keeping messages on it?
You can access the contents of the IMAP server from any IMAP-compatible mail
client (like Entourage).
