Entourage to Entourage

I installed a new hard drive and can't get my address book and old
emails from Entourage v.X on my old HD into Entourage v.X on my new
HD. I have gone to Mactopia and Microsoft but nothing has worked. I
have switched identities, dragged folders-Users, Identities, Microsoft
User Data, etc.-to the desktop and tried importing, dragging, whatever
and no dice. When I try to import, I get a message saying the file is
not tab-or comma-deleted. What else can I try? TIA.

Try copying the Microsoft User Data folder in the Documents directory of
your profile, from one account to the other. All data is kept in the
Documents directory.
