i have a Treo (with Palm operating system) and i use Entourage on my
Mac. I want to export my Entourage files (in Miscrosoft Office 2004
for OS X) to Outlook so that i could then dump the files in my Treo.
how do you do that. alternatively, can i go from Entourage directly
in the Treo. hmmmm, anybody out there with a cool solution to my
little problem gets a free very cool DVD. larry

You can use Paul Berkowitz's "Export-Import Entourage" script package to
transfer that information to Outlook.
<http://www.scriptbuilders.net/?search=Export-Import+Entourage>

However, you should be able to synchronize Entourage with your Treo without
Outlook. This is described in detail on my site under the "Palm PDA"
section:
<http://home.earthlink.net/~mickey.stevens/tutorials/entouragesync.html>

Install the Handheld Synchronization software from the
/Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Additional Tools folder, and then go to
/Applications/Palm/HotSync Manager. Go to HotSync > Conduit Settings.
Click the Entourage Conduit, and then click the "Conduit Settings" button.
If you want to transfer all Entourage data to the Treo and overwrite
existing data (rather than a routine synchronization between the two),
change each item type to "Entourage overwrites handheld", checking "Do once
and then synchronize" in each instance. Close HotSync Manager, and HotSync
the Palm with your computer. That should get your information into the
Treo.
