Entourage to Outlook (PC)

Has anyone got any ideas /solutions for moving a client from a Mac using
Entourage to a PC using Outlook ­ both connecting to an Exchange server?

We need to move the local emails stored in Entourage to the PCs Outlook
account.
I know we can move all the emails to the Inbox, and then move once on the
PC, but is there another way to convert MBOX to PST?

Any ideas welcomed and appreciated.
