Entourage to Outlook via Exchange 2000 issue

Hi all.
I have an ongoing issue with Entourage sending emails to PC's using
Outlook and other Entourage users via Exchange 2000. PC users cannot
open the email, Entourage users receive the email but cannot read the
body or only receive part of the body.

The workaround has been to create a POP3 account in Entourage that
sends email to our Proxy Server which passes the email back to
Exchange. Mac user have to remember to use this account to send emails.
This works but people do forget. I would like to resolve this issue as
a number of Mac users are not taking advantage of other Exchange
facilities and are using the local account on their Mac's rather than
use their Exchange account.

Emails sent from Outlook to the Entourage users read OK. All other
features of Entourage and Exchange conectivity seems to be functioning
OK.

Entourage v.11.2.3 running on both 10.3.9 and 10.4.6.
Exchange 2000 v6.00 SP3.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

This is a problem I have not encountered myself, although I am in an
exchange 2003 environment. I know other people using office with exchange
2000 though. However, you must have the latest service packs applied to
Exchange server.
