Entourage to Outlook

I want to download my e-mails and contacts to outlook in Microsoft
Office 2003.

I am unable to make this work.

I tried the "Copy messages or contact from Entourage to Windows-based
Computer" within the Entourage Help section but this did not work.

Any assistance would be great.
