That's probably ldap not idap.
LDAP servers are online directory servers. This one is a public one
configured by default in ENtourage (and many other apps - I sort of
remember seeing it in Eudora in the old days). You can just remove it
from the list of online directories in the settings of your accounts if
you don't want to use it.
