Entourage unexpectedly quits when accessing General Preferences

Entourage unexpectedly quits whenever I try to access the General preferences. It only happens in one identity and seems to be tied to the database as I can move all the files except for the database into a new identity and still open up general preferences. I've done typical and advanced rebuilds of the database to no avail. So, I'm either looking for a way to fix the database, or a way to export and then import all the emails/folders/contacts to a new identity

OS X 10.2.8, Office X 10.1.5 on Single proc G

Try removing the 'Microsoft' folder from ~/Library/Preferences/ and
restarting.
