Entourage unwanted automatic fill in addresses? How do I delete them.

I have some sort of "cache" that when i type in certain letters, they pull up
addresses that are no longer in my Entourage address book or in my apple
mail adress book

I would like to know how to clear that histroy because it causes so many
address to pop up and people that i do not want to see because errors can
be made on the pull down address menu and can cause accidentally
choosing the wrong address.

Does anyone know were these setting are in MacOS X 10.3.4?

The addresses you're seeing are stored in the Most Recently Used list. You
can selectively delete single addresses, clear the whole list, or turn off
the feature entirely. Learn more about the list and how to perform these
