Entourage update/import question

I am moving from a G3 to a G5 and wonder how I can input
my old mail/folders from the one computer to the other.
In which folder is the mail found on my G3 running Office
X? I am also updating to Office 2004 with my new Mac.

All data is stored in the "Microsoft User Data" folder. Transfer that
folder from the G3 to the G5. It's located here:
/Users/<Your User>/Documents/Microsoft User Data/

When you first launch Office 2004 on the new machine, the Entourage Setup
Assistant should prompt you to import data from another program. If not, go
to File > Import. Choose to import from Entourage X, and choose to move all
data. Then, under the list of identities, click the "Browse" button.
Navigate to the Microsoft User Data folder you copied from the old machine,
and then go to Office X Identities/<Your Identity>. Select that, and your
data should be imported into Entourage 2004 on the G5.

I am moving from a Mac Entourage 2001 to a windows outlook with exchange server and wonder how I can import my email from the Mac to the windows without loosing all my email and folders.. My older email on the Mac is pop3 and stored locally on my Mac.

any idea how ...
