Entourage - User Data

I plan on giving my iMac to a family member. Before I do I want to
clean out files by moving them to an external hard drive. Everything
seems pretty straight forward up to the point where I get to
Entourage.
What particular folders do I remove so that all my Entourage DATA is
removed, but at the same time, leave ENTOURAGE on the machine so that
it can be used by the new owner. (fyi..licenses for Entourage are
sufficient number of licenses)

I am assuming a couple things.
that I will be able to take the Entourage Data folders being removed
from the original computer, put them in a specific place on the new
machine and be up and running with no additional configuration.
that the original computer after removal of data folders will be able
to bring up Entourage, go through set up and configuration and then be
up and running.

Your feedback is appreciated.

Just copy the "Microsoft User Data" folder out of your Documents folder.
That contains all your email, contacts, calendars etc.

If you delete this folder, the next person to start up entourage will be
presented with an empty database, and the account creation wizard.

If you put the MUD folder in the Documents folder on your new computer, then
Entourage will automatically pick up where it left off.
