Entourage V 10.1.4 Crashes - Mail, Address Book and CalendarButtons turn a funny Gray Color - Appli

I am running Office OSX for Mac with Entourage X for Mac, Service release 1,
version 10.1.4 ( 030702).
Problem while running Entourage, all of a sudden while using the application
Buttons; Mail, Address Book, Calendar, Notes, Tasks and Custom Views will
turn a funny gray and lines thru them. And I can not longer get the
application to respond and I have to Force Quite the application.

I have scanned Virex and have no viruses .

What should I do?

Try rebuilding the database. In Entourage X, first go to Entourage -> Turn
Off Office Notifications. Now, quit Entourage, and then restart Entourage
holding down the Option key. When the Rebuild dialog box comes up, choose
to do a Typical Rebuild. If that does not fix the problem, repeat the
procedure, instead opting to do the Advanced Rebuild.
