entourage v.x dataloss after Mac OS 10.3.3 security update

I have just downloaded Security Update 2004-05-03 (10.3.3 Client) from
the Apple site. Restarte, restarted entourage and found no data in my email,
calender, contacts etc. I don't have a back up and would dearly like to
retrieve it if possible, Anyone got any thoughts?
