Entourage v.X How to Share Calendars & Contacts

Running SBS2003. Exchange is working fine on all Mac
clients. But Public Folders in Entourage has a "lock" icon
on it.

Can someone point me to a HOW TO or CHECKLIST of what
needs to be done on the Server side and client side setups?

I'm tired of beating my head against the wall.

You cannot access calendar events or contacts in public folders using
Entourage.
