Entourage v.X Opening 2001 in OS9 Classic

I have an iMac that has OS 10.2 on it with OS9 classic. Entourage v.X
opens and works fine but when it does the scheduled new email check it
opens the MS office scheduler in OS9 instead of OSX. Every time it
checks for mail it boots up OS9 in classic mode. It's very irritating.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks Randy

If you let Classic open, does it also try to launch a specific classic
application? Which one? Also, does your Send 7 Receive All schedule do
anything other than "Receive Mail" from one or more account plus "Send"? And
do you also have another repeating schedule that runs on the same schedule?
