Entourage Vcard Issue

When I send a vcard from Entourage to my friends using Outlook, there is a
consistent formating issue. Everything shows up except the Suite # I list
for my office address. The Entourage technical support folks cannot help &
take the position of "seems like an Outlook issue" . Everyone at Microsoft
so far has pointed at the other party and will not help. Entourage blames
Outlook, Outlook wants a product id just to help me---of course I do not have
an ID since I use Entourage and back around the circle we go. 2 weeks later
with no solution. This website is my last option--Please let me kow if you
have a work around.

If you put the suite # in the Notes field under the Other tab, can they see
this?

What happens if you create a vCard from the Apple Address Book?

I have tried vcards from plaxo, address book, entourage, etc. Nothing seems
to work and after digging deeper have realized that this is a bug within
Outlook that has yet to be resolved. I have read extensively on forums and
wasted endless hours on tech support help lines with no answer. So far this
issue has been unable to be remedied.
