Entourage Views Sort Order

I have become quite fond of Entourage Views. My setup puts them at the
bottom of the folder list.

Is there any way to change the sort order?

They are sorted alphabetically, so namig them "01 - unread mail; 02 - family
stuff; 03 - lhsgdfh" etc should work fine.

However, it appears they only re-sort when you start entourage, so you need
to quit & restart entourage to see the effect of the renaming.

No, there's no way to have Views appear at the top of the Views/Folder List.
