In outlook contacts I use the notes window to add any extra information to
my contacts such as account numbers or even attached documents. But in
Entourage the notes window just shows about 15 characters of data. Is there
any way to set the preferences so that I can see all the information I have
added to the notes? There seems to be more than enough room in the window.
Why does this happen? I love my new mac, but I miss the power of outllook.

It sounds like you are using the Summary window in the contact window to
view the info . Click on the Other tab in the contact window to see all the
text.

Another feature in Entourage is linking. You might want to link the contact
to other files if they are large rather than trying to enter all the info in
the contact note.
