Entourage vX

I can't open any attachments that come with emails. Any thoughts?

1. If they come as compressed files (.sit) you won't see anything happen if
you double-click them while still in the attachments pane. Save them to disk
by dragging to desktop or "Save" button to anywhere, then double-click to
unstuff. (If you do double-click it in the attachment pane, you can find
both stuffed and unstuffed files in the Saved Attachments folder in
Microsoft User Data folder in your user Documents folder.)

2, If you're talking about unstuffed files to which you have the application
which will open them on your computer, such that they appear with
recognizable icons, not blank - or, if blank they have extensions
representing an app you have on your computer, then that shouldn't be
happening. Go to /Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility, and Repair Disk
Permissions. See if that helps.
