Entourage wants Security Certificates

After installing Entourage on Panther we now receive a message about needing
a Security Certificate when Entourage launches. My system administrator gave
me the certificate and I've installed it using Certificate Manager and we
deleted the OfficeSynch prefs but we still get this message. Any thoughts on
what else we might need to do to eliminate the message?
