Entourage Will Not Open

I have the latest update, but all of the sudden, whenever I try to
launch Entourage, the icon bounces in the dock and then disappears. I
cannot open the app at all. I don't get any error messages, it just
disappears.

What version of Entourage are you using? Make sure you have the latest
updates applied. They're all available on the Microsoft web site:
<http://www.microsoft.com/mac/>

Try launching Entourage with the Shift key held down. Does that help?

If so, it means that there is a schedule running on launch that for some
reason is causing you to crash. Go to Tools > Schedules and see which
schedules are set to run at startup.

In many cases, it will be a schedule that receives mail. In that case, go
to Tools > Send & Receive > <Account 1>, and see what happens. Does it
crash? Repeat for the other accounts you have set up, and see if checking
one of them causes Entourage to crash. If so, open that account in another
interface (webmail), delete the oldest message (probably junk), and try
launching Entourage again.

I see the icon pop up and disappear even faster when i press the shift
key down...
