entourage window problem

Out of the blue the window in my entourage program started to act
wierd. I used to have this split window, where the top would be a
listing of all of my mail and below the dividing line in the window
(which i could adjust) would be the body of the email that was
highlighted. For some reason the bottom window has dissappeared. Gone.
I have a feeling that thre is some sort of easy fix, but I can't figure

it out. I tried scrolling all the way down, but there's nothing down
there. and when you highlight an email it stays bold (unread) until you

double click on it, which makes it open in a new window.
Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.

P.S. I also left a copy of this question in the general forum, no

Hi Lloyd,
what you're looking for is the preview pane. It can be turned on (and off)
under View>Preview Pane. My guess is that you deactivated it by
double-clicking the separator which divides the screen into message list and
message preview; that's indeed one of the ways of turning it off.
