Entourage wiped

I turned my computer off this morning and when i turned it back on later my entourage was trying to start up a fresh, no emails or addresses where in it, it was completely wiped! I had previously set it to down load my emails from yahoo and then delete them from yahoo so I have lost all my emails and addresses.

can anyone advice on how to retrieve these again!?

Di you move the Microsoft User folder or any of its subfolders?? If yes,
move them back into ~/Documents.
