Entourage won't include original text when forwarding/replying

Mysteriously, entourage has stopped including the original text when I reply
or forward a message. I am pretty certain that I have not done anything to
precipitate this... Any ideas?

There is a preference for this. Make sure it is turned on.

Entourage menu/Mail & News Preferences/Reply & Forward:

Make sure that "Include entire message in reply" is checked.
